Dual-Source Endurance Fuel · 15 servings · 90 g carbohydrate each
90 grams an hour. A gut that can handle it.
Glucose and fructose at a 1:0.8 ratio use two separate transporters in the gut, so you can absorb more carbohydrate per hour than from glucose alone. Built for long days: marathons, sportives, ultras, Hyrox and mountain days where fuel is the limiter.
| Maltodextrin (glucose source) | 50 g |
|---|---|
| Fructose | 40 g |
| Sodium | 500 mg Sodium citrate + chloride |
| Potassium | 150 mg |
Per serving. No proprietary blends.
Mix one serving into 750–1000 ml of water and drink across an hour of exercise. Start at 60 g per hour in training and build up; your gut is trainable.
For efforts beyond 2.5 hours, guidelines support up to 90 g of carbohydrate per hour from multiple transportable carbohydrates. Glucose-fructose blends raise exogenous oxidation rates and reduce gastrointestinal complaints versus single-source glucose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
